Spiral-Cut Honey Glazed Ham
How do we create "fired in flavor"? We start with a naturally moist and tender ham - no excess water is ever added to artificially moisten our premium hams. We keep the bone on to retain all the natural succulence found only in traditional, hickory smoked hams. Then a ''fire glazing" seals in all the natural juices, a process we've developed using our own blend of brown sugar and honey, Finally, we vacuum seal each ham to draw the flavor of our special glaze deep into the ham. Because it's fully cooked, you may serve your spiral sliced ham cold, or warmed in the oven. Makes a great gift too!
